About Quinn.

She can be utterly frustrating to play against in the top lane, especially when you manage to force out her Vault early far on your side of the lane and still not catch up to her despite burning your gapclosers because it has a tacked on slow and because her movement speed is at the higher end for an adc.

As of such, might I suggest we either lower her slow or align her MS with the ADC standard of 325?

I don't mind if we buff her elsewhere but I'd really like for it to be at least possible for me to outplay and catch her when I manage to force her Vault early (which I already have to do without burning gap closers and eat alot of damage in the process as melee), which just isn't the case right now without jungle interference, unless she messes up epicly which Quinns never do at my elo.

Note this isn't a rant about Quinn being OP, but I'd like to see her power shifted around to allow better counterplay.

"The ADC standard of 325 MS" applies only to medium-to-high ranged Marksmen, in general--meaning Champions like Ashe and Tristana who can fight from 600+ range.

Quinn's range is 525. That's 25 units less than Vayne, who sits at 550. Quinn needs the MS to maneuver her way around a fight, especially when you consider the fact that she has virtually no passthrough abilities--her primary damage spell, Blinding Assault, stops at the first enemy hit, which means you can avoid its damage and CC by standing behind your minions (but not clumping with them), and Skystrike--while effecting all enemy units around her in an AoE--deals only one auto attack's worth of damage with a 3-second channel time.
