What if Lux's ult blinds people facing her instead of the cd refund?
adds more utility to her and fits her thematically.
Champions taking damage from Final spark, while facing towards Lux will be briefly affected with near-sighted for .5 seconds.

I love how Riot thinks,
"Lux's ult is too underpowered even though it chunks even tanks badly, so we need to make its cd refund by 30-50%."
No offense Riot, but I suspect you got into the stupid pills again.
Or just not get hit by her Q in the first place.
Nah that will just really make her piss people off think about champs like
and why they make people so mad.
The vision reduction doesn't have to be as drastic as theirs.

I've literally only seen people get mad about Graves and Quinn, only once have I seen a person mad about Nocturne.

Kinda like yi or any other auto based champ when they get fed as fuck.
Seems kinda useless on such a telegraphed ability. But even if it where to work wouldn't it be kinda overkill? If you get hit by it, it already deals a ton of damage and has super long range, why add a blind on top of that?
I think a good buff for lux without actually giving her more damage or any other number would be make it so her passive gives vision of her target, and it only makes sense too its called "ILLUMINATION"
