Stormrazor is an ADC item

And by this I mean that is a item designed for the crit marksman and most used for crit marksman, so I'll try to explain the reason behind:

Turns out that the crit adcs 3 item power spike with item 3094 item 3087 item 3031 was too strong (and cheap), or at least is what the Boards were saying for months and Rito thought the same so they change that by a huge nerf to these items in terms of gold but letting adcs reach 100% crit with these 3 items (it used to be with 4). They added item 3095 to be the first item choice for the crit adcs (notice that StormR has a perfect build path for early game) that are beyond useless with the stat nerfs (and FleetF nerf) if they choose to buy the old build that is now more expensive which means that games ends before they can have any agency, that's why buying item 3095 means that you are not useless at 1 and 2 items so you can actually play the game but it costs to delay the pure crit build by 1 item. Sure if you trust that your team will carry you can choose to not buy StormR but for soloQ doesn't look like a good choice.

What about Assasins? Well, is true that there are some assasins that are abusing this item, the ones that are worth mentioning are:

item 3095: MonkeyKing (9.7% buyrate), Rengar (23.3% buyrate),Nocturne (12.7% buyrate), Talon (7.11% buyrate), MasterYi (7.2% buyrate). ( Gangplank is not an assasin but is neither a marksman, anyway he has 43.58% buyrate so is worth to say it)

Now lets take a look at the buyrates that have adcs with it:

item 3095 : Caitlyn (79.13% buyrate), Jinx (78.7% buyrate), Jhin (90.27 buyrate), Tristana (77.4% buyrate), Xayah (74.19% buyrate), Draven (66.35% buyrate). And adcs that have StormR as an optional item: MissFortune (14.58% buyrate), Sivir (25.59 buyrate), Twitch (17.8% buyrate), Vayne (22.35% buyrate), Ashe (7.6% buyrate)

The conclusion is for me that item 3095 is obviously an adc item in the first place, that is needed for some adcs and is optional for others, and similar to the adcs that have StormR as an option there are some assasins that have StormR aswell as an optional item that they can buy but never as a core item.

Everyone is free to correct me if I'm wrong on something and we can maybe have a civil talk about this topic.

IT IS OP on Assassins.

Just because it wasn't made FOR Assassins, doesn't mean it can't be good on them.

It is not op on any assasin, there's literally 0 assasins that buy it as core item, why do you think that is op on them?

An item is only OP if it's a core item?

Banner of Command was by no means a core item on anybody, and yet it was also simultaneously the most broken item in the game and got completely removed.

The sky is blue! Why? It’s the reflection from the water in the sky, simple said.

Yes, but it lets all the assasins oneshot you even faster than before.

I'm not really sure what your point is listing Miss Fortune among ADCs as she typically builds Lethality like an Assassin as opposed to Crit like a Marksman. Jhin does as well, though Jhin is great with Stormrazor thanks to his passive.

Also what are the win-rates for those assassin builds? Gaging power by how popular they are may produce misleading conclusions.
