It makes that your first aa doesn't do dmg.
And checking it on the practice tool I've noticed that since lvl 1 to 9 isn't bugged but as you reach lvl 10 your first aa doesn't do dmg if you run Stormtazor and Hail of Blades.
Edit: Is not the lvl, the bug appears once she reachs 1.00 atack speed (or more) while having Hail of Blades and Stormrazor.

BeastAlmighty1 votesJust played a ranked game on my other account and can confirm this. First aa consumes the stormrazor and does 0 dmg. Activating W (Strut) with Hail of Blades also causes the first aa to do nothing even without stormraizor. Tested this in pratice tool and seems to be consistant.
