Looks like I'm never taking TP again.
Riot just remove tp at this point and remove top lane too just have people pikc their faverouie top and have them walk at the enemy jungler and give them free gold

New TP nerf: Any player taking TP now has their max health reduced by 50%, cannot do anything except auto attack, and must go up top lane along the minion wave until they die.

Id rather have TP only work on towers, not wards or any of the other interactions like lantern, J4 spear, etc. But that's just my wishful thinking.

Honestly TP causes too many problems and offers too much safety I would rather them remove it, but atleast this is a start so players get punished harder for terrible TPs. This means you can't just TP alone to a ward on baron to try to scare people off it.
Gut feeling: It'll be too weak and it'll get reduced again to probably around a 3.5-3 second channel.
Probably for the best. No more free zoning TPs every two minutes.
They need to remove teleport from the game already, the spell is way too garme warping and will always be overpowered in competitive as long as it exists.
