Abyssal Mask PBE Nerf Alternative
There is currently a significant nerf to the size of

The reason that I've heard for this change is that Riot does not like DPS mages building it. I personally think these "abuse" cases are exaggerated, since
is the only APC that I find listed on champion.gg with
in a core build, and it isn't even in her highest winrate build. Nevertheless, I think this is a good opportunity to propose an alternative change for consideration.
These alternative changes would allow multiple build paths from
(which I think would be really cool), would help deal with the ambient CDR surplus in the game, and would make
and
competing options due to the unique Madness passive. Champions such as
would clearly prefer to opt for
in this case. Champions who prefer tank stats and value team-utility, such as
and supportive wardens, should prefer
.

That would still be a nerf since it doesn't currently require any ramp-up at all.]
