Right his Q count as AA that can be counter by W passive and such, it annoying thing really to have your useful only cc as juggernauts count as AA.

I think that applies mainly to him, as well as Garen, and possibly Udyr as their (As far as I can remember and have double-checked on the wiki) MAIN forms of CC (Voli's Toss, Garen's Silence, Udyr's Stun on Bear Stance) is on their AA Reset. Trundle also has the 75% 0.1 second Slow on his Q Chomp.

Yes, someone like Darius has his W's Slow, but that's not his main CC, the Pull is.

Shyvana's Twin Bite could also apply a CC, but that's usually via an on-hit effect like item 3742 Momentum, or item 3022 Slow.

But I think it's a problem that mainly plagues the first three I mentioned. The others have their CC in other forms.

I mean still garen got many other stuff and same for udyr that they can do, but if voli can't flip it almost make him useless since most of his kit is around his flip

Well, actually Voli has the 3 second slow on his E (Getting this from the LOL Wiki, just FYI). I'm not disagreeing that the Flip is the Lion's Share of his CC, but he also has that slow. All Garen really has is his Silence. He can buy the same on-hit stuff like I mentioned for Shyvana (Really anyone can do that), but that's his main CC. Once it's used, that's it. And even when the target is silenced, they can still move freely. They just can't use dashes, blinks, summoner spells or what have you in other forms of mobility. Then Udyr only has the 1-second stun in Bear Stance, and that has a target-specific cool-down.

Pardon me if I seem a little confused in my response. I thought we were talking mainly about the CC in Juggernaut kits.

I mean depend on the sub class of juggernauts, but you are right it just annoying to see him being a useless champion cause some stuff like his Q.
