Anyone Know About MMR? Please Explain This To Me.

Ok the 1st screenshot is what my MMR was at before my last game & the 2nd one was what it is now after my last game.

I have manage to climb from B5 to my Silver series within the last 2 weeks. My next games will be the start of my promos.

My MMR went up 47 points from 1 game. I've never looked it it before from game to game so is that a normal jump?

Also befor emy last game it said I was lower than average expected MMR for my division. I dont understand that.....I mean it goes up when i win and down when i lose right? So why does it expect me to have more by time I reach where I am?

The third party sites do not have access to your real MMR, so they can only make a rough estimation at what yours is using their own algorithms with the public data they have access to; if you go to a different site they'll show you a different MMR (at the very least, refer to the same site each time for more consistency).

Ya I don't think it's very accurate. Sometimes they update strangely too. Even with just ranked games played on champs those sites are often wrong.
