Like, you get matched with 3-4 premades. and the game is not going our way, im pretty sure, they will be shit talking about me or the other on skype, if they are 3. they get salty on losing and slam you with a report because they are sore losers. what happens if you get reported for no reason?

Quantity of reports doesn't actually matter, and automated systems are pretty good at tossing out the obvious false reports. If a report actually results in action being taken against an account, it's because a rioter looked at the report and saw that it was valid.

The system is entirely automated, so even if you've done absolutely nothing wrong, those reports still hold weight. Nothing to worry about though if you aren't reported often.
