Why Khazix Q is on 3 sec cd when it cuts your hp by half?

I soloed a khazix with my Ivern jungle just now.

He needs items and kills to do that :)

First of all, it's not 3s CD. Second of all, you shouldn't be alone anyways. Third of all, Rengar and Kha'Zix are the only two assassins that actually remained able to assassinate after the rework, and they're also the only overtuned ones right now.

Isnt this bullshit by default? Khazix Q with item 1400 alone deals 204 damage at 6 lvl with a 4 sec cd and has potential to deal 308 against isolated? If you add E and W, most of the champions will begin fight against Khazix almost dead at this point of the game.

So how mid, top and jungle players are supposted to fight him not 1v1? And his damage even if not isolated is ridiculous.

Ok, he's supposed to have a weak early clear so he's susceptible to getting counter jungled by heavy early duelists like Vi.

As for top and mid, it's really as simple as watch for ganks so he doesn't get fed.

Even so, I'm not really incorrect on the parts beyond him getting counter jungled.

But if you want to prove me wrong, why not play Kha'zix and test out his early by invading?

Towers and minions count against him and mark you as non-isolated.

If it has 3 second cd, the Khazix is doing something wrong.

It's only a low cd if the target is isolated. They have to be a little fed to take half your hp with kha. If I play kha and don't one shot you if you are isolated then I will be upset.
