Hes either an immovable object that hyperscales or hes useless. Vladimir needs changes big time becase right now hes far too tanky for his damage and a few months ago he coldnt do shit. thanks for listening

Knight SoIaire 1 voteseither vlad gets a good matchup/ wins the lane/farms good in which case he gets both tanky and deals loads of damage compared to his enemies, its a win win where vlad is a tank and a mage
or vlad loses the lane fails farm etc etc, so he has no items and becomes a minion
the same things happens with many champions (CertainlyT pls), the probblem is when this interaction gets over the snowball, and makes the game all about launching yourself from the start, either you destroy them or you are a minion
Zouave1 votesit's the same for all champ. especially adc, mage not so much except if you are too noob and refuse to buy mr to not get oneshoot.
imo adc need to be reworked, their auto attack should be a a skillshot like in the moba smite.
