People need to learn the value of farming and getting a decent CS amount

YOU CAN GET FED OFF OF FARM ALONE.

So many times I see players (mainly in the mid and bot lane but idk if that has anything to do with it) who dont die in lane but cant last hit at all and claim that their opponent isn't fed. Now normally this could correct if they had kills/assists to make up the difference, but in this case, these so called "not fed" players are up 50+ cs and although neither player has many kills/assists, that difference just keeps expanding until all of a sudden their opponent is able to destroy them. Then they claim that "they are not fed because they have no kills" or "I farm kills not minions".
