I feel like Kalista and Ezreal are the most balanced ADCs

In terms of how they apply their damage.

Minus the fact that both exhibit rather obnoxious levels of kiting potential, I honestly can't say that their damage is unfair.

Neither of them crit your face off and make you wonder why youre even playing a burst mage if the adc can 2 shot and heal off it (/s), and they deal damage how ADCs SHOULD. CONSISTENTLY.

As far as damage is concerned, I think ADCs should be more like Ez and Kali (in general, barring obvious exceptions, a la Burst ADCs like Lucian and Jhin)
