New Level Up sfx are too subtle.

I find the new Level up SFX aren't as jarring as the old one, which is a bad thing. Often I won't be paying attention and do not notice I hit level 6 in time. Meaning I can't click the ability to obtain it in time, which can be very stressful in high speed trades.

I can't have my eyes glued to the HUD when I'm laneing against someone.
