You seem like you don't understand the problem with Riven and Vayne, so let me explain

For it not about her shield , nope not really. The first problem is about her dumb interaction and ability to abuse the hell out of Conquer within seconds using that dumb Q that you going to buff which in matter of fact would make it impossible to punish her cause she got more dashs now timer over her shield.

And second problem the ability to abuse broken dumb cancer item called , i remember back then when something was that broken you gutted it ground but again who me to talk you understand game more than players.

And as for nerfs won't change the fact she can be taken top side and destroy any type of laner just with PTA interaction with her W Infact this nerfs would force people to abuse her top side more and more, cause you letting a dumb late game champions having early power and spike within 1 item.

While it just bs joke, want to know something funnny ? Right Banner of Command got deleted and removed from game cause it impossible to balance it, yet got 3 rework alone last few years and still consider broken on many champions but doesn't get removed.
