Death fire touch does magic damage.

Morrelomicon's effect triggers on magic damage.

so yeah, it should be the case, and it would be a bug otherwise.

It should. If it doesn't, then it's a Kha'Zix.

go in a bot game and test it out

You could test this relatively easily with a friend in a custom or even possibly a bot game. Just pick an ap champ, rush a morellonomicon, get the enemy down to the necessary HP threshold, and then deal damage to them with a non-DoT ability, and let Deathfire touch do its work. If you see the grievous wounds timer being reset continually, then it's the deathfire touch applying it. Or you could pick an AD champ, and deal dmg to them until they're low enough, and then hit them with an ability, and if it triggers the grievous wounds, you know deathfire touch is applying it, since it only applies on magic damage, which deathfire touch deals.

Even Sunfire Cape applies Grievous Wounds. Garens ult. wit's end/nashor's tooth. other Keystones. corki's autos. It says all magic damage, so it does

Any magic damage triggers it

it works well with sunfire and thornmail especially

and yes it works with DFT

it even works with my magical farts then again those do 1000000k nosebleeding magic damage so the grievous wounds would be overkill must be all them item 2009
