Lane with the toplaner and if he whines ignore him. Simple.

you have 2 options, either play a champion that can hold his own or keep track of where the enemy jungler is and vertical him

You just keep playing the game and mute everyone, because regardless if they ignore you or not, it's always your fault if you lose. At least that's how I feel as a Jungle main, I get trash talked whether I do good or bad. I feel like I have to babysit some of my lanes and if I leave they immediately start to ping for assistance.

Spam ganks and leech lane exp and minions. The best thing you can hope is that you are with your team when he is in your jungle and you kill him and remove his lead. But it just depends on champion matchups. If you're against something like an Udyr you need to establish a good lead on him to be able to 1v1 him. It does help to always be taking red smite. If you pick something like Jarvan just start building full tank and become a cc bot.

Countercounterjungle him. If he's in your jungle he's not in his jungle, so take advantage of that.

Unless your lanes are stomping, you just lose

well if you already know before hand where he is, and your teammates in the game historically werent there to assist (because they dont have priority or didnt see) then counter jungle him;

he can only be in one place at one time.

Farm lanes, especially come mid game. If you are lucky, one of your lanes is doing well enough that you can repeat gank there and help snowball that lane.

Option B is hope the enemy jungle is actually horizontally splitting the map (only farming top side or bottom) and take the other half. If he's repeat ganking top or bot, that might be what he is doing.

Option C is get really good at tracking him really quick. Ward up your jungle as best as you can.
