Instead proposing stat upgrades to Ruby Sightstone, why not giving it the Eleisa's Miracle passive?

Since wards fall out on late late late and some sell sightstone for full build, why not encourage it to merge with other items? Or better, even make it similar to Elisa's Miracle unique passive.

The problem at the moment is that Ruby Sightstone can't be upgraged too much because it may benefit more other roles instead support role. But increasing the hp gain as well giving the possibility to be removed from inventory would encourage players not only to buy ruby sightstone at support, but as well encourages to participate on the vision game.
