Well then this is an issue with this current instance of AURF. Because all CDR runes are always swapped out upon loading into the game. They implemented that after the first AURF with new runes due to this very abusable issue lol. I know I tried to take the Ultimate Hunter (Ult CDR) rune and it switches it out for Ravenous or something.

Transcendence's sole purpose is to convert bonus CDR into AD/AP, but in ARURF, you get a free bonus 80AP (100 at level 10+)
