Can we ban like the pros do?

I'm not really "up to date" on LCS play, I personally find it a little boring. But I remember seeing a match where it's like one team bans 2 people, then the enemy team bans 2 people, then one team picks, then the other picks etc.

I'm just tired of overlaping bans. Especially for a champion like Yasuo who seems like an insta ban (sitting at like a 70% ban-rate) and is super unfun to play against, so if you ban there's a good chance there's an overlapping ban which made it feel like your ban is a waste, yet you also don't want to take the risk of not banning him. Just happened in a ranked where we had 3 overlapping bans.
