Sure you can dodge the skillshot, but all it takes is for a single one to land to kill you.
Suggested nerfs:
No longer grabs minions or monsters but still deals damage. Cooldown increased by 25%, landing a grab on a champion reduces cooldown by 50%, and missle speed is 75% and grabbing speed is 75%

The key is to punish Blitzcrank for every missed grab -- he misses Q, you go aggro and his ADC has to concede CS. If you were playing it right, every time he misses a hook his lane takes free poke damage too. Pretty soon, that Blitz is on 1/4 health cowering in the brush and his ADC is playing a 1v2 and going "this blitz lol" in team chat.
