I think five seasons is long enough to be in prison.

Nidalee Nidalee as been at or near the bottom of performance for a solid five season. And it's weird, because she's not mechanically intricate. Hit Q, transform, jump on them and use your other abilities. There are other champions who see poor performance due to being hard for newcomers (to the champ). Akali's a good example, where the majority drag her down but after only around 50 games you get fantastic performance out of her.

But that's not true of Nidalee. She's not hard to play, she's hard to win with because they completely destroyed the function of her main ability, on top of making it her only way to engage. Her Q is way too slow and way too thin, so the only options you really have are to become actually psychic or only throw it from AA range.

All because she was a little too strong for a little while five years ago. Instead of letting this continue, it's time for either a mini or full rework. (And a buff to her E instead of the actual problem ability isn't going to do much)

To say that she's hard would be like saying old Taric was hard. Yeah, you handicapped yourself by picking him. But that doesn't mean it took any more skill to do so.

Oof

Oh whats that? Majority of matchups are skilled ones? What a surprise for mechanicaly challanging, hard to execute right, highly oppresive in good hands champ...

Except... she's not intricate, and not oppressive. She's no stronger than other assassins at the cost of reliability.

and not oppressive

Then you never met actual good Nidalee main...

She is one of the best jngler to otp in long run, competing with Lee sin on the hardest jnglers to main list.

Her counters are countable on fingers of one hand, rest is skill matchups...

She is hard and opressive when mastered, period.

It sounds more like you've just never met anyone who mains their champion, period.

You also seem to have your numbers backwards. The number champions Nidalee counters are countable on one hand. While she goes negative against most.

Again, just because she's bad doesn't mean she's hard. People who choose to main her are simply choosing to be a detriment to their team for a very long time, in exchange for completely average performance after 300+ games.

idk, you spam normals and arams, while I have been in plat since S1, low dia since s4, high dia since s6. I have met pretty good and pretty bad Nida mains and even in this season, otping Nida is worth it.

(dia+)

Yi vs nida has +8% wr, that's counter Rek/Hec has +7% wr vs her Noc vs her has 4% Karthus vs Nida has +3% winrate

Rest is skilled ones

We could say this about like every champ to some extent.

Let's create a little list, first number will be wr after first game, second after 20 game, third after 80(leagueofgraphs)

Lee - 45%, 49%, 52% J4 - 50%, 54%, 55% Kayn - 48%, 52%, 57% Hec - 50%, 54,5%, 56% Seju - 47%, 52%, 53% Nida - 46%, 51%, 58%

Nida isn't nearly as detrimenting as you make her.

She is solid champ to otp and she can be dominant jngler with high pressure even in S9.

Sorry, the level 12 account makes that a little hard to believe. Anyone who clearly doesn't know what they're talking about can claim they're diamond all they want.

But hey, you want Nid to stay bad because you don't know how to play against her, that's on you. I don't get to decide when a champ that needs changes gets them either way.

Did you read the post? I said that. And explained why.

Saying she's hard when it's because her Q is terrible is like saying old Taric was hard and you had to be super skilled to play him.
