No one champions ult should be trackable via UI....
You dont know if annie has tibbers up / not because shes holding a bear, or graves has his ult up because he has a Big bullet on his pants, why should the other team be able to see when Ekkos ult is up.

Player of Games3 votesIt'd have zero counterplay if they couldn't see it. Currently it does hilariously big damage, do you want to randomly get ulted and die instantly because you couldn't see where his ghost was?
MiriaJiyuu1 votesAnyone with a brain can guess when someone's ult is up, even my Bronze friends can figure it out. That said, given how it works I can use it as a zoning tool, or I can hope they ignore it and I get a free massive burst on them.
Honestly though, if you don't know and they didn't just use it assume it's up. Most ults are up every fight anyway.
