Yeah, its pretty sad because shes such a fun and iconic champion but shes in the dumpster right now.

She cant use lethality, shes the easiest adc in the game bar kogmaw to dive, she loses to lane every single tier 1/2 adc, the list goes on...Like really her only upside compared to like any other ad is the aoe dps in late game team fights...Oh wait mf presses R and delete whole teams in 2 seconds.

Platinum through Challenger Jinx has a higher winrate than Caitlyn Ezreal and Ashe , of course the above mentioned three have a higher play-rate, however that just means dedicated "Jinx Mains" play her better, guess you just need to up your game with Jinx.

Jinx has a 4% pick rate compared to those having 15% or more, and yes shes pretty much right now ONLY being played by hardcore jinx mains/fans because of how bad she is, and even then she cant even average a winrate above 50%.

she isn't "bad" if thats the case she has always been bad, no buffs will make her otherwise because then she will then be broken at lower elos, where the MAJORITY of the league population resides, and where you will hear it the most, she has only had buffs up until this point with her last nerf being to her chompers in Patch 6.20, and her not being touched again aside from bug fixes,she is in one of the strongest states she has ever been in.

Also those stats are plat and up, plat and up stick to meta, because meta is what Pros use, analysts and coaches choose those champions to be played not players, which is why Ziggs was bot and then disappeared from the meta again.

In the High ELO scene the only adc's that will be picked are Utility adc's or adc's that benefit from the Lethality changes ~~Buffs~~, and the latter only occurs when ALL Utility adc's are banned.

you can't really buff her because in lower elo's she would be broken..

As if low elos can play squishy immobile champs that are easy to dive and require near perfect positioning, jinx will never be broken in low elo because how easy she is to kill (specially when in hands of a bad player).

Try playing jinx against any meta jungler/bot/top lane lol.
