That bothers me and imo its unfair as hell.
Why i need heavy MR items to live through 
their burst combo, meanwhile with 0 armor they can just tank rounds from full damage ad carry.
Its just feel stupid when lets say 
throws entire combo at but she survives and one shots him right after.
Can we give a reason for mages to get armor?

with magic pen, if you have 40 mpen, but the target only has 30 mr, you get bonus damage. I don't know how its calculated exactly, but ive seen so many youtube videos where people make builds taking advantage of this, especially on amumu and pre rework fiddle, who have/had built in mpen effects.

Armor penetration is a champion statistic that reduces the effectiveness of a target's armor, meaning 10 armor penetration makes a target take damage as though it had -10 armor, or 20% penetration equals 20% less. get armor per lvl. not all champs get mr per lvl. most get 30 and stay there or end up about 55 mr at lvl 18. also the amount of ap a mage can have is always greater then the amount of AD a champ can get ... its not rare to see mages with 600+ ap at lvl 18 where as most AD champs top out about 360 AD. i assume the difference is that ad is applied via auto attacks and you dont have to hit skill shot or abilities to apply the ad damage. but as mages you typically have to use a skill shot or hit a champ with ability to do magic damage.

yet you can get crit on ad which makes you do double damage or 250% damage if you have 
also you have to hit players with abilities to do damage as an ap champ where when youre ad ( all champs can get ad and do per lvl ) just by right clicking targets you do damage... alot easier to apply the physical damage in theory
