People just aren't patient enough apparently.
Edit: Now if we mean they haven't noticed the mystery AA at beginning of Ult animation bug, that we don't know, it just came to light recently, and we don't know if Riot would consider it disable-to-fix-asap worthy.

Riot's Logic for not nerfing him sooner is more along the lines of "Yasuo's not a problem in the pro scene. We need to focus on champions that are problems in the pro scene for the Worlds patches, particularly those that also cause trouble in regular Ranked such as Jhin and Ashe."
