How do I deal with Ekko?

His ult is on a 110 second cooldown..all he has to do is play safe until then. He will win all 1v1s with it or just cc you while running away..also why does he have so much utility he isn't a support or anything, he's an assassin/fighter. How do I actually kill him? Every time I get him low, he just ults and then kills me. He is immune to every burst champion..

Laugh when it gets to late game and he is dealing almost no damage. That's what i do.

Notice you said, he wins all his one v ones. You have just found his weakness, don't face him 1v1. Hes a Bully like Illoi, you do not want to 1v1 him under normal circumstances.
