You are not getting it sated. Stop building it when you only have 10 stacks at 30 minutes.

I dont think this guy realizes the item is still the item and doesn't actually need to be sated to be useful "enhanced on hit effects" is nice but not the end of the world

No. Go buy warrior. Cause that would be better for the team than you sitting in your jungle when laning phase is already over with you showing no pressure.

If you've already purchased devour, roll with it and get stacks in fights. You'll be useful later. If you HAVE NOT purchased devour yet, get warrior. Not a big deal either way. Warrior just has slightly better early. Don't sell Devour if you purchased it already, especially if you're behind.
