The last and longest 10 seconds of a Vayne's life (Mordekaiser's DoT ult oneshot)

Deathfire Touch has added quite a lot of kill potential to Mordekaiser's ult with a total of 23 + 1.92 x Bonus AD + .77 AP over the 11.5 second duration the ult applies it, and a Ludens and blue pot finshes the deal.

At the 665 AP in the video, the ult is doing 61.6% max HP in magic damage over its 10 second duration, two Luden's procs is adding 333 more magic damage, 3 Elixir of Sorcery procs is adding 75 true damage, and Deathfire Touch is adding 671 magic damage over 11.5 seconds. That's 61.6% Max HP + 1004 magic damage + 75 True damage. Owch.

With a Liandry's, Void Staff, and the 5th drag buff added to the mix anyone but a tank seriously stacking MR is dropped faster than that Vayne. The 5th Drag burn adds 650 true damage over the duration, and reveals them the entire time so you get to watch them suffer in panic. It makes Teemo proud.

When I've killed tanks and off-tanks in this fashion (Hard to do without 5th dragon,) I believe my builds were Rylai's, Luden's, DCap, Liandry's, Void Staff, either Lich Bane or Sorc Shoes, and with either Elixir of Sorcery or Iron. I don't have any videos of this, but I'm now recording every game, so I should get one pretty soon.
