There is a huge problem with Veigar
His Q, it doesn't fit.
His new Q is definitely good, has its amazing uses and works well but it really ruins a core aspect of Veigar. Veigar pre-rework was played more of a lane bully than a farmer by Veigar mains, they would use his Q to poke and go in when the enemy is low enough. With his new Q it forces him to farm instead of his older playstyle but the bigger problem is that minions block your Q poke whenever you catch someone in a stun when they are in the middle of a minion wave or their team.
Proposed Change: Make his Q point and click just like how it was or make it similar to this current one by making it point and click and going through the target you clicked to hit 2 targets instead of 1.
I feel like this change would easily make veigar just like his former self, sure his stun is worse but to be honest it's not that bad currently because it received some pretty decent buffs, everything else in his kit seems really fluent except his Q.
