Why people picking ashe if they can't 1 trick her or play her well ?
Like we all know how
is out of meta, and i don't care if you want to play out of meta but atleast 1 trick a champion out of meta or play him right.

Because they wanna have fun? Honestly I don't care what mode I'm playing, I just wanna have fun doing what I want to do. Ranked, Blind, Draft, ARAM, whatever. I do what I want because its a fucking GAME.
True but you must be careful not to ruin others fun, especially in ranked.
Are you saying there's never been a time in ranked where you haven't played a champion well? Because the OP is really complaining about not playing a champion well in the one match he had with this other player.
I'm just saying if you play a champ badly consistently then mark it off as fun and go on it can be bad for others, but as long as you are trying it should be fine to do what you wish.

Buddy that ashe at the start of the game, told her support in ranked game to steal kills because she want to be in s1. That ashe had no trust in herself to secure kills from the start of the game, either she play easy strong adc or play another role where she got more trust or just stay in normal.
Buddy, that Ashe is a Support main who just wanted to climb faster. They have several Ranked games on Ashe where they did quite well, including a 11/4/16 game and a 10/0/10 game. Your Annie built the same way she always has, basically as a second mid.
Sounds to me like Ashe knew that KS happens, Annie Sup builds to kill, and decided that instead of fighting it she'd just state she was chill with it.
Regardless, Ashe's past experience looks decent enough that there's no reason they shouldn't have played Ashe.

But in game, she looked like she have no experience at all she couldn't farm or do anything from early to late game,
Lemme tell you something: People don't know that ashe is out of meta

Sadly true, worst of all that ashe at the start told annie you can steal kills if you want, i want to get to s1. I'm like it going to be gg game cause ashe doesn't know if she can secure kills.
People play ashe because they arent meta slaves. And because just like playing annie or garen, shes used to give you a grasp of how youre supposed to play that role in a simple 1-2-3 kit.
The issue with
is by the time you have your q ready, the enemy adc would have already wiped your entire team while the enemy tanks are at 90% hp.

Special when enemy adc is jhin.
Because i am not a metaslave
Because she's an easy to handle beginner ADC with decent utility. I feel if her damage was amplified, she would actually be strong again.

But she not good by any mean, their adc which was jhin was rekt every member on our team by his damage while our ashe hardly tickles them.
Ashe has always been the go-to ADC most likely for fills and whatnot. She's easy, has a straightforward kit and isn't a chore to look at and keep track of in action.
