because its not a new player friendly role and their numbers are falling. thats why they want to allow champs like voli to stomp games as is currently the situation. voli is easy for noobs. adc is hard for noobs.

Rightclicking people is not hard...otherwise Tryndamere and Master Yi would be the hardest champions in the game since thats what they do and they don't even have the safety of being ranged.

you have options to kite him, cc him, or escape, under no circumstances should you be alone against him to begin with. but if you are or you need to, your build can still allow you to beat him.
ADC's are still the only mandated role in the game and are still very much powerful. which is why they do not need any sort of buff.

at what point did i complain about voli. this is just what i see going on.
Very Hard Engage1 votesare you aware that ADC's have the most offensive items to choose from and use effectively? all of your item are stat efficient and great buys. you really cant screw up an adc build.
you could build sivir with 
and still put out more than enough damage for your whole team.
the issue here is you aren't choosing your items and asking yourself "what is going to help me the most against their team" i bet you build the same items in the same order every single game.
