Current mord is still better overall, he isnt countered just by buying item 3140

The main issue i find with him at this point, is you have to build damage to charge your shield other than e here and there, but since your total shield is based on your hp. your shield is garbage, but if you build tank; charging your shield becomes a pain in the ass without getting a multiple champion E hit.

All his skills also get treated as the 1/3 ratio for spellvamp, so spellvamp is still subpar on him

Combine that with his nerfed to hell movespeed, the high amount of mobility in the meta, and burst. And he becomes weak

eh. Morde himself isnt too shabby overall. its just with the nerf on WotE that made him less usable. He pretty much needed that weapon to be in fights.
