One day I realized the Teemo is the only character in the game who is ranged auto attacker with less than 550 attack range while not having a dash skill. Not that its crippling but I feel its a good example of mobility creep most ranged champs who used auto attacks either have 550+ range or have some form of dash.
He is in horrible need of a rework, but he's become the "joke champion" that no one wants to see touched and left in a poor state.

I've probably missed many other champions who quality, but this should be sufficient to prove my point.
