Why do people think Sion is healthy for the game?

He builds full tank and does more damage than fighters. He has 4 forms of CC that all do damage and have insanely low cooldowns and costs. His passive basically 2 hits squishies and the only counter to it is run like hell. He can go 0/5 in lane and 1v5 late game. He represents what is wrong with tanks in the current state of the game. There is nothing you can do to counter his kit in fights or shut him down. He doesn't have to build damage to do as much damage as someone who starts with offensive items like renekton. Leave him the supertank that he is, but the damage numbers he has on his abilities and passive is just dumb. P.S. He's hilariously stupid strong if you actually build bruiser items on him. Season 6 is total crap and it feels like it will never end.

You're complaining about Sion? Really? Bro I'm still pissed that they haven't reverted his nerfs!

They nerfed Sion three times because He was destroying all the "Meta" top laners, and then literally right after, they have the juggernaut patch and he goes right back to being as bad as he was pre rework.

If you get hit by his skills you deserve to be deleted, and dumpstered.

I mean, if you're really that salty about it, go Graves top into him and spam /L like a pleb because of how easy it is to win lane.

Because if you get hit by any of his abilities you should die immediately.

He is literally the champ with the most counterplay in the entire game, even champs who don't have mobility can easily avoid his skills.

TahmKench Sion Maokai Ekko Nautilus All do stupid damage with no damage items. It's the meta. Riot buffed adcs, then realized top was already a weak lane to begin with so they superbuffed it. Now because they realized they fked up they are buffing mages to kill the tanks.

You wont have to worry, soon mages will kill everything.

lol yea, Ekko is going to stay unfair for a while. AP items are going to give hp and hp regen sooo, tank Ekko will have damage, and AP Ekko will be tanky.

Funny enough, Sion is listed as one of Kayle's counters up in top lane.

So...working as intended, i guess.

On a related note, thank goodness a haven´t faced a Sion. A good Sion, that is.

lol SUPERTANK? There are many other champions that do his job 5x better. You should be happy to see Sion in your game for the fact that everything in his kit can literally be sidestepped. He isn't even close to Maokai when it comes to being tanky, and he falls off super hard late game. His early game is relatively strong, but his base health is lower than other champions, you can sidestep his R easily, his Q can be dodged easily, his passive is pointless late-game, he's easily kitable, what else do you want?

Sion's CC can be dodged and he is squishy earlygame/ has to farm minions to get tanky. His dmg was nerfed to the ground after the rework. Check all his changes. Probably you are just bad.

Sion has high base damage early and a kit that has high utility, but there are other tanks that are better than him at the moment. Most of the juggernauts are all really strong and they all out scale him.

He has a pretty high win rate at the moment due to the utility in his kit, not because he is oppressive. I think people overrate this tank meta. Tanks are pretty strong because of grasp and some of the masteries, but adcs are still much stronger champs that can go in multiple spots and play optimally. The items for adcs are just really outstanding, while the tank items are only good because of IGB and sunfire having great synergy for their cost.

His win rate is high because he has a mediocre play rate, and the "loyal" sion players have fairly good win rates with him.

I feel don't feel like he's a problem because when I go Toplane against Sion, he can easily be countered if I just play Shen.

You know, Sion is legitimately quite strong right now, but he's nowhere near as strong as you say.

Sion? 1v5? Lol, he's too slow and telegraphed.

He also doesn't outdamage fighters while going full tank.

You want to know why Sion deals so much damage every game? It's not because he feels more damage it's because he never freaking dies because he's a hyper-tank.

The only times he can reliably fight 1v3 with no damage is when he's stupidly fed, otherwise he's just constantly dealing scratch damage while always leaving the fight no matter the outcome

When I get killed on sion I don't even go for players if I'm near a tower I just go face punch the tower, them objectives are more important.

Everything is also easily dodged (it's why he hits hard) and he's squishy enough early game to shut down easy.

As for building bruiser Sion. It's very powerful, but lacks the staying power of tank Sion.

Really if you let Sion keep hitting you in his passive, then you're actively allowing him to do so when you can easily outrun him.

Sion hits hard, but he's hard to hit with.

The fact that you're complaining about him being too strong, specially his crapfest passive, shows you have no idea what you're talking about. Not even when he was considered to be OP his passive was deemed useful other than doing the lvl 1 chickens cheese.

I'll just assume you got destroyed by a Sion who played better than you and you decided to post this in order to protect your pride.
