Two questions, does anyone run a CDR build on Morgana? And when you do, are you (like I am) assuming that the ADC with be really aggressive?
If you start with Ancient Coin, and take the appropriate runes/masteries, she has 20% to start the game. With CDR like that, I was blasting our roots. Of course I was gifted with ADCs asleep at the wheel, but I'd love to hear general feedback on the concept.
Mig891 votesI always ran Full CDR and a shit ton of active items on her. Her utility makes her godly with that. Zhonyas, redemption, locket, ruby ss, FQC. I never took cdr runes because its easy to get with this build path but you end up with 45% CDR, at least 4 item actives, youre a little tanky, can catch people out with Q, and can go for them 4+ man ults in teamfights because of items and zhonyas. It works well

Mig891 votesNope, I misunderstood. Youre talking about for the early game. The only problem I see with the idea you have is if the enemy team goes even with you during lane phase, youre either forced to build excess CDR to get items that are good with Morg or go an AP build which isnt terrible but it doesnt feel that great on her imo
