Galio Q easily one shots a superminion. With 6 seconds CD, AP Galio easily has enough damage output to hold 3 super-waves by himself. There's no pretending that's even remotely balanced.
I don't want to be rude, but the person who let it ship out of PBE should really re-think their approach to buffs.

But why did he even need buffs? As a teamfighter, he was already a super good champ. He is already insanely tanky, see World's where he ults into a 1v3 (teammate died) AND he gets out and just walks away. Like WTF he never dies anyways. Why was he buffed?
I mean if they reduced his tank, fine. But it sounds like he got more tank with AP now. But you have to choose if you want constant tank or temporary skill tank (with enough damage to kill anyone).

If Nasus can have a 1 second Q, then Galio is able to receive a damage buff.
They are both melee champions.
