Illaoi and Tahm Kench were mistakes of champions just like Vladimir
They provide the MOST unfun experience of any kind for the opposing player, they make the game just unbearable.
With Tahms permanent slows and stuns, even though slow impossible to get away from, and just bursting you down in the end, in a very slow process that you cannot escape due to his huge amounts of CC and huge hit boxes. He gives you a feeling of you theres no actual way you can out play him, hes just going to kill you and you have to deal with it. Or when he Eats an ally just when your about to kill them, every single dam time
And then Illaoi , her E alone is just unbearable, although INSANELY easy to dodge tentacles, it just feels so annoying and frustrating having to take all 3 of them out and the debuff lasting for a whole SIXTY seconds if you don't. She's all very easy to avoid but those moments when she one shots your entire team alone just because she got a good ult just feels unfair a lot of the time.
I know there new champions, but theres obviously problems with their kits and just fine tuning numbers doesn't really help, sometimes you actually just need to change their kits, even if its drastic, I find both fantasy's of both of these champions to be AMAZING but it seems both their kits were poorly executed, while fun for the person playing them, it is the WORST experience ever to play against them.
Suggestions-
Tahm Kench
Passive Tahm Kench's basic attacks and damaging abilities apply An Acquired Taste to enemy champions for 5 seconds ->> 4 seconds
Tongue Lash SLOW: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% ->> 20 / 30/ 40 / 50 / 60 , Slow 2 seconds ->> 2.35
Devour COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 ->> COOLDOWN: 24 seconds at all ranks , NEW: CD is now reduced by 60% if eating an Ally champion.
Thick Skin No Change
Abyssal Voyage COOLDOWN: 120 / 110 / 100 ->> 150 / 140 / 130, NEW Cool down is reduced by 20% / 30% / 35% if used on an Ally
Feel like these changes solidify him more as a support that saves someones ass when in trouble (which was his intended role) and remove some of the frustrating part of laning against him, although I feel like these a pretty big blow to his Top/Jungle time, he's honestly a lot healthier in a duo lane where his weakness's are exposed more (Being Kited, hard to do that with a Melee top laner such as Nasus)
Illaoi
I honestly have no idea what I would change, haven't played her enough nor see her often enough to really get a grasp of what her real strength is, all I know is that her E needs something that makes it less frustrating to play against but still feel rewarding and strong when used. And since all of Illaoi's kit ties in together, she'd probably need A LOT of micro changes everywhere to get rid of a lot of her problems and frustrating gameplay.
