Do not buff Adaptive Helm

There's actually no reason to buff the item. People aren't buying it because none of the champions who it counters are strong. Even then, the item is still bought in most, if not all, pro games involving Cassiopeia. The item is also overshadowed greatly by Stoneplate due to it's synergy with Locket and ability to wait out cooldowns. A lot of top laners have healing mechanics, which would normally make Spirit Visage core. Abyssal Mask is useful for people who are spamming abilities. Adaptive Helm doesn't fit a niche to benefit any champion, but instead counter opponents. None of those opponents are strong, so the item isn't bought.

If this buff goes through, so many champions, who aren't even overpowered right now, get massively hurt against tanks and bruisers who buy the item. Ryze, Cassiopeia, Kayle, Aurelion Sol, Galio, Swain, Teemo, Syndra, Heimerdinger, Jax, Mordekaiser, Viktor, Vel'koz, Azir, Lissandra, Zyra, Evelynn, Fiddlesticks, Malzahar, and Vlad are all potentially hit by this buff.
