When a game is just stomped by a premade smurf team. But no, you won't get put up against premades if you queue solo! Trust me! Rito said so! And we just, you know, can't tell when a player is a smurf! It's not like 99% of the community can recognize one! We just don't want to lose mone--er, we just can't be certain.
