Do I deserve to be raged at?

This is a weird question; although, I'm asking it because I constantly find myself the subject of my teammates rage. One game, I had a guy say things like "girls shouldn't play video games because they suck"... Another game, I had THREE of my teammates harass me endlessly about how horrible I was, even though my score was something like 3/2/1 and I was split pushing and participating in team fights.... Just this last game, our jungler AFK'ed at less than five minutes in and another teammate started nagging on me, calling me trash, etc.

It seems almost always, I am the subject of my teammates rage.... Why is it always me??????

No, you don't deserver to be raged at. Neither dose anyone else.

As for why you may be raged at more than others? The first easy answer is negativity bias. This certainly shapes the way we see the world.

Taking a quick glance at your match history I see some off beat builds. It doesn't matter how effective you are, if game is going badly and especially if you aren't doing well an uncommon build is a near guarantee you'll get blamed.

That happens to literally everyone who plays this game at more than a very basic level. There are some horrible people who play this game, just report them, mute them, and don't let anything they say get to you. They are likely just mad for an unrelated reason.

You neeed to start /ignore them as soon as it starts, be unmerciful you arent loaing anything, people that rage and insult are very very seldom helpful over chat, so just type /ignore 'Summoner' in chat and they will be added to your ignore list if you happen to get the honor of playing with them again they will automatically be ignored. You can also mute, there is a button you can clik with the mouse IIRC, but this only lasts till the game is over. Hope this helps you have some more fun playing, it helps me, my ignore list has hundreds of summoners on it. PS: And no you dont deserve it noone ever deserves to be raged at.

Trust me, people will blame game loss on the easiest target, whether it's their fault or not. One game, I was playing a gank-heavy jungler that requires team cooperation to do well, and the team refused to leash, refused to gank, and someone else also wanted to be jungler. Because of all this, we did poorly because people lost lane, I couldn't get my ganks, and we ended up behind. They all blamed me, but it was because the team wasn't working together, not that I was a bad jungler.

It's just an example of how sometimes, it's not always your fault.

Everyone else covered the more useful tips about ignoring them, so I won't repeat. Just figured that you needed to hear something like this. I know I did a while ago...

It is unfortunate that it happens so often, but rage is never justified. Just like you should never talk like that to someone in real life you should not do that to someone online.

I don't mute my team mates because what they say does not bother me, but you'll hear that muting them is the best way to deal with people giving you a hard time. Don't mute people by default however, they may actually have advice and give it in a polite manner.

Try to play duo queue or with groups of friends (IRL friends are best) so you can enjoy your time more online. Some days i prefer to play alone, but its always more fun to have friends (even when you get shit on) than just having people on your team rage at you for no reason.

TLDR: You do not deserve to be raged out. Find some cool people to play with, i'm sure people here would be willing.
