Riot and my account? (mmr, lp and demotion question)
4 or so weeks ago, maybe abit longer now, I went on a tilt spree and lost like 15 straight games, I'm not a bad player, I was simply beyond tilted, was a very bad day, and alot of personal shit I don't want to go into detail about. Long story short, It was a really bad day and I chose to do the worse decission ever, by playing ranked on that day. I demotd to like silver two and had silver threeish mmr.
So what happens next? I did the smart thing and chose to take a break, study the game, re learn it and just go back in it with a new mind set. So I go back into it, play my pants off, some of the best league I played in a long time, promote back to gold five, and now i'm gold five quite possibly with gold 4 mmr according to op.gg with a 60 percent win rate.
Yet
-I still only get 16 lp per game -I still lose a shit load of lp -Riot says "i have lost to many games to maintain my rank"
yet my account is literally just three wins away from having a proper 50 50 total games of the season win rate.

Not mad, just legit curious at this point what do I gotta do at this point to stabalize my mmr/LP gains
