Where is Guardians Horn viable
or is it an extremely strong early item that is underused? thoughts?

WoonStruck1 votesIts never viable. Its a bad item, especially now that snowball is a thing. starting ruby, cloth, null-mantle gives you just about as much, isn't tied to an active, and is actually useful early.
Anybody that starts guardian horn could have started with something else and been better off early, and far better off after level 6.
