another issue is the ult nerf WILL HURT AP EZREAL MORE THEN BLUE EZREAL
not to mention ap ezreals laning phase is already abysmal with assassins just swarming everywhere...

Magus Polaris1 votesBecause this change has nothing to do with Blue Ezreal, ya damn fool. Stop freaking out about things when you have no clue as to the context they involve.
The change is because Ezreal, in general, has too much access to CDR, especially with the Q change, so his Ult is being changed to put it more in line with Season 5 CDs.
