People are banning her because she is a new to play champion that everybody tries out for the first time in ranked and feeds.

Give it time, people still haven't figured out the optimal way to play her and her combos (cancelling knockback from her shuriken by using R in the middle of the animation etc.)

She's STILL a sub 50% win rate champ. If you can't throw hard cc at someone flying in a straight line then you deserve to lose.
