Does the healing work with items which deal physical damage, such as BoRK? Is the healing from physical damage dealt raw or only post-armor and other reductions?

Sire Hippington1 votesit works on all physical damage, even malz voidlings, and it's based on the damage dealt post-armor and other reductions.
