Can we give Kassadin his silence back?

Change his joke, sure.

Give back his silence? NO.

Giving Kassadin his silence back would make him broken again.

Actually his joke makes more sense now that his silence only lasts a very short amount of time serving only to interrupt channeled spells.

Now he can't try to silence anyone without regretting it.

I don't think we'll see silence again on a ranged point and click ability. If they would give kassa his silence back, they'd probably make his Q a skillshot or put it on his W.

if he got it back on his w it would be ok, but i agree targeted ranged cc is just not healthy gameplay
