Like honestly i want to be able to banned 3 , cause i want to banned 
cause either they don't know what they do if they on your team or they super safe farmer on enemy team that carry, 
and 
cause every time i see them top they always lose lane and cost us game even if there 
against them on top.

Having no marksmen on either team would force players to adapt or lose.

And i just don't care about balance , it just people like to pick champions they can't use or just not good as blind first pick or just not viable against most of champions then cost me the game cause they one 1 trick it.
