Possible Yasuo Change to Make Him Feel More Rewarding to Play Against.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CazEBfhW4AAMJV-.png Yasuo's Steel Tempest (Q) is arguably the most important part of his kit and although it has high damage, it is very possible to juke. The only problem is that even if you do manage to juke it, he has it up again and then you have to juke it a second time, and so on. Though possible, it is still very hard to juke it, and isn't all that rewarding because as soon as he throws it out and you juke it, he has it back up after one or two autoattacks.

A possible change that can make juking a Yasuo Q feel more rewarding, is increasing the cooldown when it misses, and then to balance this out, possibly decrease the cooldown slightly when he manages to hit someone (a champion not minions). Currently Steel Tempest's cooldown is at 4s, and keep in mind that the cooldown and cast time of Steel Tempest is reduced by 0.6% for every 1% bonus attack speed, down to a maximum 66% reduction which is about a 1.3s cooldown. What I am suggesting is that if Yasuo misses a Steel Tempest, the cooldown should be raised to 7 seconds(about 2.3s cooldown) and if Yasuo lands the Steel Tempest on a champion, the cooldown would be reduced to 3s(a 1s cooldown)

A change like this would reward good Yasuo players for being able to land their Q's on champions, while punishing those who play Yasuo incorrectly or who are outplayed by other champions. It also opens a larger window of opportunity to retaliate against Yasuo. Keep in mind that this would have little to no effect on Yasuo's ability to cs using his Q since it's only affected if he manages to hit a champion with his Q or if he just doesn't hit any target all together.

TLDR; When Yasuo misses a Q, his Q cooldown increases to 7s from 4s which is decreased to 2.3s when he has max cooldown reduction from attack speed, and Yasuo Q cooldown is decreased to 3s(1s with max cooldown reduction from attack speed) when he manages to hit a champion(not minion) If yasuo hits a minion the cooldown stays at the set 4s it is now (1.3s max cdr)
