If bot lane gets camped and the enemy has a small advantage early on what can yo do?

This is a serious question?

The moment jungler comes, gets my enemy a small advantage early on, I can't literary do nothing as they snowball so hard. The damage difference is so huge I'm forced to concede farm and ground, just so at lvl 6 if they have a leona, lulu,cow or latern bastard or any other sup like this, they dive tower and rape me and my sup

If my jungler/mid ignore this the bot lane is lost and the enemy team snowballs even harder.

I literary have no clue what to do in such a situation.
